Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Anusen, Inc. (“Anusen,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides educational software for children through the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy describes our data practices for our iOS application (the “App”).
Our App is designed with privacy as a core principle. We have made a deliberate choice not to collect, process, or store any personal information from users. This policy explains what that means in practice, and clarifies what data Apple — as the platform operator — may independently collect as part of operating iOS and the App Store.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
Anusen does not collect any of the following through the App:
- Names, email addresses, or any account information
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs (IDFA), or hardware identifiers
- Location data (precise or approximate)
- Usage analytics, interaction logs, or behavioral data
- Crash reports or diagnostic data
- Photos, contacts, calendars, or any on-device content
- Health or fitness data
- Financial or payment information
- Any information about child users
3. No Tracking
Anusen does not track users within or across apps and websites. Specifically:
- We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies in the App
- We do not build user profiles or behavioral models
- We do not engage in cross-app or cross-site tracking
- Our App Store privacy nutrition label accurately reflects: Data Not Collected
4. Children’s Privacy
Anusen does not collect any personal information from any users, including children. Because we collect no data whatsoever:
- We have no data collection obligations under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13
- No parental consent is required for a child to use the App, since no personal data is collected
- Parents and guardians can be assured that their child’s use of the Anusen App generates no personal data held by Anusen
If you believe a child has somehow submitted personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at support@anusen.com.
5. Apple’s Role as Platform Operator
5.1 What Apple Independently Collects
As the operator of the iOS platform and Apple App Store, Apple independently collects certain data as part of providing its services. This collection is governed entirely by Apple’s Privacy Policy and is outside of Anusen’s control or access. Apple may collect:
- Apple ID and account information used to download the App
- App Store purchase and download records
- Aggregate and anonymized app analytics (crash rates, performance) shared with developers in anonymized form only
- Device information as part of iOS platform operations
- Payment information for any App Store transactions
5.2 Anusen’s Access to Apple Data
Anusen may receive limited, aggregated, and anonymized analytics from Apple (such as total download counts and crash frequency by iOS version) through Apple’s App Store Connect platform. This data:
- Cannot be used to identify any individual user
- Is provided by Apple in aggregate form only
- Is used solely to improve the App’s performance and stability
We do not receive or have access to any personally identifiable information from Apple about our users.
5.3 Apple’s Privacy Policy
For full details on what Apple collects and how it is used, please review Apple’s Privacy Policy at:
https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
You can also manage Apple’s data collection through your iOS device: Settings > Privacy & Security.
6. In-App Purchases
If the App offers any in-app purchases, all transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Anusen does not receive, process, or store any payment information. All billing is handled by Apple and governed by Apple’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect personal data. We do not use:
- Advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network)
- Analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Crash reporting tools that transmit identifiable data
- Social login or sharing integrations (e.g., Facebook, Google Sign-In)
- Customer support tools that collect user data
If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and users will be notified in advance.
8. Data Security
Although we do not collect personal data, we take the security of the App seriously:
- The App is developed following Apple’s secure coding guidelines
- We do not transmit any user data to external servers
- App updates are distributed securely through the Apple App Store
- Any on-device data generated by the App remains on the user’s device, protected by iOS’s built-in device encryption
9. Data Breach
Because Anusen does not collect or store any personal user data, a data breach at Anusen would not expose any personal user information — there is simply no Anusen-held user data to be compromised.
In the unlikely event that a security incident could affect users in any way, we would notify users promptly through the App Store update notes and our website at anusen.com.
10. Your Rights
Because Anusen holds no personal data about you, there is no personal data to access, correct, export, or delete on our end. If you wish to manage data that Apple holds about you, please visit:
- Apple Privacy Portal: https://privacy.apple.com
- iOS Settings > Privacy & Security

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if our data practices change (for example, if we add features that involve data collection). When we make changes, we will:
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy
- Post the updated policy at anusen.com/privacy.html
- Notify users via an App Store update notice if the changes are material
Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
